1. Eligibility: To qualify for the free tax preparation offer, you must sign up for and maintain our 12-month accounting and bookkeeping service. 

2. Coverage: The free tax preparation service includes the preparation and filing of Form 1040, Schedule C, Form 1120-S, and Form 1065 only. Any additional forms, schedules, or tax services beyond these will be billed separately at our standard rates.

3. Tax Year: This offer is valid for the tax year in which the 12-month service plan is signed. I.E. If you take the service in 2024, you will be eligible for having your taxes filed for the 2024 tax year.

4. Appointment Required: Tax preparation services must be scheduled in advance. Please contact us to book an appointment for your tax preparation.

5. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your 12-month accounting and bookkeeping service before the end of the 12-month term, you will be billed for the full amount of tax preparation services provided.

6. No Cash Value: This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other promotions or discounts.

7. Changes to Offer: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
